We are investing heavily in logistics in 2021 to further improve our already stellar record of customer service. The infrastructure, logistics, and supply chain at JMAC are second to none, so we have always been able to respond quickly and efficiently to our customer needs, ensuring we are providing a first-class service.
On this note, we would like to announce that we have recently added to our fleet of HGV trucks and we have implemented our new branding which we think looks superb.
Our new fleet certainly looks the business but looks are not everything. Thinking differently about everything we do is instrumental to our success at JMAC. This approach extends to our partners & vendor community, wherefrom a foundation of operational excellence and a proud heritage we are well placed to support well-established housebuilders as well as smaller construction companies in developing a profitable, high-functioning partnership.
We offer truck mounted forklifts (Moffit Forklift Trailers) to speed up the unloading process on site. From a health and safety perspective this is essential, our HGV drivers are professionally trained in loading and unloading our product safely, this also increases efficiency, productivity and competitiveness. The flexibility this forklift provides is substantial – the forklift can handle product up to 2 tonne and will operate even on rough ground.
